Structures: The main pipe is of 40 NB B Class GI pipe & Top bar is of 50 NB B Class GI Pipe & the seat frame is made by 20 NB B Class GI Pipe.
Clamp, Chain, Seats, Cap, Nut Bolt & Roof: The seats of the garden swing made by FRP/LLPDE with 4 to 5mm thickness. It is provided with PVC roof. The garden swing is fixed on 6mm thickness GI chains. Chains are made by Plastosol coated short link chains with 6mm dia GI chain. All nut and bolt is stainless steel materials. Closing Cap is made up to LLDPE / HDPE /M.S. Powder Coating: The Equipments shall first be coated with using Akzonobel / Berger / Prime make or its equivalent primer powders coating of at least 30-40 microns followed by Polyester Powder Coating of at least 30-50 microns thickness. Powder coating colour is TGTC & lead free & passes the 1000-hours salt spray test & MEK solvent resistance rub test.
