Structure, Grouting Suppport & Other Fixtures: The center pipe is of 100NB made up of C Class G.I. pipe. The bottom is welded with support of M.S. round plate DIA 250 mm & 10mm thickness. The connecting pipes are made up from 25NB C class G.I. pipe. The handle frame is made up from 32NB C class G.I. pipe. The foundation used for fixing is 80mm NB B Class GI pipe, M.S. Round Plate of 250 mm dia& 10mm thickness & 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angle of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 2.5mm thickness. The seats and Back rests are fitted on the outer frames are made up of M.S. Sheet of size 330mm X 300 mmX2mm thickness, deep drawn and pressed with uniform radius of 20 mm and no sharp edges.
Bush, Pin & Bearings: Bush made from 60mm dia seamless pipe&60mm diameter solid bar bush are used. Pins used of Diameter 25mm and 17mm are made up from SAE 8620 material. The bearings used are of 62052RS1 & 62032RS1 permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand. Caps, Nut Bolts & Circle clip: All Nut Bolts are Stainless Steel material. Closing Caps are made up of LLDPE / HDPE /M.S. The circle clips for locking are A24 & A16.P.U. bush isused as Stopper to avoid the equipment abrasion.
Powder Coating: The Equipment shall be powder coated with 60 and above microns thickness.
